How was John F. Kennedy killed and who was really behind his death?
John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was assassinated on November 22, 1963, while riding in a motorcade through Dallas, Texas. The assassination was a shocking and tragic event that had a profound impact on the country and the world.
According to the Warren Commission, the official investigation into the assassination, Kennedy was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald, a former Marine who defected to the Soviet Union and later returned to the United States. Oswald was arrested shortly after the assassination and charged with the murder of Kennedy and Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit, who was killed a short time later.
Oswald was subsequently killed by Jack Ruby, a Dallas nightclub owner, while in police custody. Ruby’s motive for the killing remains unclear, and his trial and conviction for Oswald’s murder added to the conspiracy theories and speculation surrounding the assassination.
