On January 10, 2014, the police happened on a stinky, unimaginably mismanaged rural farm in Wimer, Oregon. What they discovered was enough to not only rattle them but also all Americans. This is the chilling story of uncovering one of America’s weirdest and notorious murderers.

Life Before The Murders

A transgender person, Susan Monica’s birth name was Steven Buchanan. Born in 1948, she also fought in the Vietnam War. Former Jackson County Sheriff’s Detective Eric Henderson, after a thorough investigation into her, revealed:

“She got into an engineering career and was very successful.”

This career shift wasn’t her last. She decided to buy a farm in 1991. This 20-acre farm in Wimer was isolated and enormous, a setting that perfectly suited Susan. This farm was miles away from the other houses, hardly getting electricity or water at times. She raised pigs and chickens at the farm- an otherwise innocent pursuit; not for her though.

Susan hired her first handyman, 59-year-old Stephen Delecino. He became her unsuspecting target and suddenly disappeared in 2012. Susan chose her
