A chance to let the darkest part of your imagination come out and play. Unfortunately, many people have taken this in the most literal sense of the expression. Some might use this opportunity to blend in with the crowd of avid Halloween celebrators and seek out their victims for the fun of it, while some take this as a chance to unleash terror on people that had the misfortune of crossing their path.
